Conzania Buildwell operates out of Horamavu Agara in Bangalore. Our office is located at No 252 in the New Rajanna Layout. It’s a growing part of the city, and you can see new houses and buildings popping up all over the place. We are right in the middle of that. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of construction. We handle the hiring, the material sourcing, and the daily supervision at our various sites. It’s a lot of work to keep everything moving. The office is a simple place where we keep our maps and contracts. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to do work that we can be okay with. Sometimes the roads around here are a mess, and that makes moving equipment a bit of a headache. But that’s just Bangalore for you. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We know the local suppliers and we know how the system works around here. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust and noise, but there is also a good feeling when a project is finally done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task. People in Horamavu know where to find us if they need something built. We are just local folks doing our job.
