You can find Contadino Living Buildings Private Limited over in the Horamavu area. We are located at number 2, K, 206/1 in the Brindavan Layout near Banaswadi. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that suits us just fine. We work on what we call living buildings, which takes up most of our headspace during the week. The office is basically a second home for us because we spend so many hours here. It is not a fancy corporate space with glass walls. Instead, it is a place with lots of sketches, plant pots, and notes pinned to the walls. Horamavu is a growing part of Bangalore, and we have watched it change quite a bit from our window over the years. We spend our time trying to figure out how to make buildings that actually feel good to be in. It is a lot of trial and error and looking at different materials. We are just a small group of folks who are interested in a different way of building things. We do not have a big sales team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing what we’ve done in the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk about ideas, and other days are a total rush. We just take it as it comes and try to stay focused on the project in front of us.
