Conductor Media Private Limited is based out of the Salarpuria building on Hosur Road. We are in Tower-1, near the Forum area, postcode 1110030. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the people heading toward the mall or moving along the main road. We ended up here because it seemed like a practical location. The office itself is No. 351 Salarpuria, 560095. We don’t have a lot of the usual corporate fluff. We just have our workstations and a place to put our bags. Most of us commute from different parts of Bangalore, so we spend a lot of time talking about the traffic. We started this media company because we wanted to do things our own way. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just come in and start on whatever project is next. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic, but we find our way through it. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone. It’s more personal that way. We don't really use much fancy lingo. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes we stay late when we're in the middle of something. Other times we leave early to beat the rain. It’s a real, working office where things actually happen. We’re just regular people trying to keep this business running smoothly in a very busy part of the city.
