CONCEPT CITY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Concept City Developers Private Limited. Our office is located at 288 C in the 8th Block. We are on the 8th Cross of the Income Tax Layout, near the Malagala Circle in Nagarabhavi II Stage. This part of Bangalore is quite nice and it has been developing very quickly. Our office is just a standard workspace where we manage our various development projects. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best way to use a piece of land. It’s not always easy because there are so many rules to follow. There are only a few of us in the office, so things stay pretty quiet unless we are having a big meeting. We don’t have a flashy website or any big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We deal with architects, engineers, and workers every single day. The 8th cross can be a bit of a pain to find parking in sometimes, especially in the afternoons. We have been working from this location for quite a while now and we feel like part of the local community. We just try to do our jobs properly without making any big fuss. Construction and development take a lot of patience, and we have learned that over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing one thing before moving to the next. That is how we have always done things here.
