Compugal Academy Llp is situated in the Hari Priya Complex, which sits on the 4th Main of the 100 Bed Hospital Road in M.J. Nagar. Being right on the hospital road means there is always noise—mostly ambulances and people rushing about—but we’ve gotten used to it. The complex itself is an older building with a few different shops on the ground floor. Our academy space is up a flight of stairs. It’s a very functional area with rows of computers for the students. We don't have any plush carpets or designer furniture. It’s mostly just metal chairs and sturdy tables that can take a lot of use. We spend our mornings getting the systems ready and making sure the software is updated. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes the building's water supply acts up, or we have to deal with a flickering light in the hallway, but that’s just part of being in an older complex. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a few of us running the show. We usually get our tea from the shop next door during our mid-morning break. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but honest place to work. We like the energy of M.J. Nagar. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just show up and do our best to keep the academy going every day.
