Compassprobuild Constructions Privatelimited operates out of Koramangala 1st Block. Our address is No. 41B on the 1st Main. If you know Koramangala, you know it’s a mix of everything—houses, offices, and small shops. We fit right in. We do construction work, mostly residential and small commercial stuff. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades. One day we are talking to plumbers and the next day we are arguing with the steel suppliers. That’s just the life of a builder. The office here is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather put that into the tools and the sites. We like being in the 1st Block. It’s got a good vibe and it’s easy for the crew to get to. Bangalore construction is a fast-paced world. Prices of materials go up and down every week, and we just have to adjust. We don't use big marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes there are delays, and we have to explain why the cement didn't arrive on time. It’s a human business. We know our clients and they know us.
