Cognate Global Business Solutions Private Limited is based out of the 3rd floor at 126/4 on 1st Cross. We are located on East End Palace Cross Road in Bangalore. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up a few flights of stairs, but it keeps us active. The office is a simple place where we have set up our workstations. We don't have any polished marble floors or expensive paintings on the walls. It is just a functional space where we handle our business every day. The neighborhood of 560020 is pretty familiar to most of us by now. We know where to get the best tea and which roads to avoid when it starts raining. Cognate Global is just the name on our registration papers, but in here, we are just a team of colleagues. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to each other about how to solve whatever problem came up that morning. There isn't any corporate talk here; we just speak normally and get things done. We appreciate the fact that we have a steady place to work and good people to work with. Every evening we lock up the shutters and head home, ready to come back and do it all again the next morning. It is a straightforward life, and we are quite alright with that. We just focus on getting through the workday with a bit of humor and a lot of focus.
