It might seem a bit unusual to have a business in an apartment complex, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with different types of cookies. Sometimes they come out a bit too crispy, and other times they’re too soft, so we just keep tweaking the recipes until they’re right. Our workspace is often covered in flour and chocolate chips. The neighbors probably wonder about the sweet smells coming from our unit all the time. Since we’re in Marathalli, the traffic outside is always a nightmare, but inside it’s just us and the ovens.
