We set up Cm Boutique Homes in the Amarjyothi Layout area of Domlur. If you know the neighborhood, we are right on 5th Main at number 191. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We mostly focus on building or managing smaller home projects for people. It started out because we saw how much everything was changing in Domlur and wanted to be part of it. We’re not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small group working out of this spot. The office gets a bit messy with blueprints and material samples lying around on the desks sometimes. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to update the files. Sometimes we stay late because there’s a deadline, and other times it’s a bit slower. People around here know us as the local guys doing the boutique home stuff. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and try to make sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works. It’s honest work and we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to somewhere a family can actually stay. Living and working in Bangalore means dealing with the rain and the power cuts, but we make it work. Most of our day is just solving small problems so they don't become big ones later on.
