CLEARTITLE BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located out at Survey No 112 in Kodathi, which is near the Carmelaram Post. It is a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually like because it is quieter. Cleartitle Builders (OPC) Private Limited is mostly a one-person show with some extra help brought in when things get really busy. Being an OPC means things are pretty direct here. There are not layers of management to go through to get an answer. If you have a question about a project, you just talk to me directly. We focus on residential plots and small builds in this part of Bangalore. The area is developing fast, and there are new roads and houses popping up everywhere you look. I spend a lot of time at the sub-registrar's office or checking on site boundaries with the surveyors. It can be a bit tedious with all the paperwork and legal bits, but it has to be done right every time. People are putting their life savings into land, so I try to make sure everything is clear and above board. I do not have a fancy office with leather chairs and air conditioning. It is just a practical space where I can look at maps and meet with people. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by the light from the window. It is just part of life. I enjoy the responsibility of being my own boss.
