Our office is located at 99 Dolors Scheme Layout, which is part of BTM 1st Stage near Madiwala. It's a pretty straightforward place to find if you’re familiar with the layout. We’ve been operating Citihut Realty Private Limited from this spot for some time. The neighborhood is always active, being so close to Madiwala, and there's always something going on outside our windows. It's not a huge corporate space, just a regular office where we handle our property matters. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and checking through paperwork. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have lived in Bangalore for years. We don't really go in for big advertisements or flashy slogans. We just try to help people find what they need in the local area. The layout can be a bit of a maze sometimes, especially with the one-way streets, but we've gotten used to it. Usually, someone is around from nine to six, unless we're out visiting a site or meeting someone. It’s a simple setup at number 99. We like the area because everything is within walking distance. Sometimes we grab tea at the corner stall during breaks. It's just a normal business day for us, focusing on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss about it. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a part of the city we know well and enjoy.
