We set up Chymos Cafe Private Limited over on Bellary Road. Specifically, we are in the Godrej Woodsman Estate, up in the Alder Block. It's a bit different being inside a residential complex area like this compared to a high street. Being at No 301, A Wing gives us a specific spot where we handle our operations. Bengaluru is full of cafes, we know that. But we just wanted to do our own thing here. The traffic on Bellary Road is usually a nightmare, so it's a bit quieter once you get inside the estate gates. We spend a lot of time thinking about what people actually want to eat and drink. It’s not just about fancy stuff. We keep it pretty simple. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. The team here is small. We handle the brewing, the food prep, and the paperwork all in one go. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up or we run low on specific supplies, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't spend money on big marketing campaigns. We’d rather just focus on making sure the next cup of coffee is decent. It’s a lot of early mornings and late finishes. Dealing with suppliers and making sure everything is fresh takes up most of our energy. We are just a local bunch trying to run a steady business in the 560024 zip code.
