Chotiwala Snacks Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Doddathoguru. We are in the Ajmera Infinity Apartment complex, Phase 1, specifically in Flat Number 3 of the D Block on Nelaadari Road. It might seem a bit unusual to have a snack business registered in a residential complex, but it’s where we started and it works for us. We handle the administrative side of our snack business from here. Survey Number 89/1 is the plot, and it’s a busy area near Electronic City. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure our snacks are getting to where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on orders. We don't have a storefront here, just a quiet space to focus on the business. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we keep things pretty low-key. We are just a small group of people who love local snacks and wanted to make a business out of it. It’s not a glamorous life with a corner office, but we like the flexibility. The traffic around Nelaadari Road can be a nightmare during peak hours, so we mostly stay put and work through our lists. It’s a practical setup for a practical business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just a few of us making things happen.
