Cholaram Engineers & Developers Private Limited has been operating from this New Bayyappanahalli area for a while now. The ground floor office is handy because we have people dropping by all the time with questions or plans. Being in Bangalore, especially this part of the city, means you have to get used to the constant change. We do engineering and development, which basically means we spend our time making sure things are built right and stay standing. It’s a lot of math and a lot of checking on site progress. We aren't big on flashy signs or fancy talk. We just like to get into the details of a project. Sometimes the office gets crowded when everyone comes back from the sites at the end of the day. We’ve got a lot of files from over the years, and they take up a lot of room. Cv Ramannagar is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near Bayyappanahalli can be a nightmare in the evenings.
