You’ll find us at number 224, near Kentra Upadyaya Sanga in the N Bhavi area of Bangalore. N Bhavi, or Nagarbhavi as most people know it, is a busy spot. We’ve been running Chinnags Hospitalities from this location for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers stacked up. We spend our days managing the different parts of the hospitality business, which usually means a lot of phone calls and a lot of coordinating with people across the city. The area around us is always under some kind of construction or change, which is just how Bangalore is these days. We don't have any mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, have our morning coffee, and start working through whatever problems popped up overnight. It’s a small, local team here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we usually get our lunch from the same place every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic from the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We try to be honest about how we work; it’s mostly just making sure the guests are happy and the properties are in good shape. It’s not always easy, especially when things break or staff don't show up, but we just handle it and move on to the next thing. We keep going and try to do a good job.
