CHANNDANAA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Mullur Village, which is near the Carmelaram post in Bangalore. Our office is in the Gopal Reddy Building, right near the RK Store. It is a bit of a trek from the main city center, but we like it out here. Channdanaa Projects Private Limited is basically just us working out of this space at number 34. The area is still a bit rural in some parts, but it’s filling up fast with new buildings. Our office is quite simple. We have the basic stuff we need to run our project business. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy reception desk. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the calls and the accounts while the rest of the guys are out at the sites. The RK Store is the best way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Working in Mullur means we don’t have to deal with the extreme noise of MG Road, but we still have our share of dust and construction nearby. We started this because we wanted to do our own thing in the building industry. It’s not always easy, and we’ve had our fair share of long nights at the office. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things honest. It’s a quiet life compared to the city.
