CHANDRODAYA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Chandrodaya Developers Private Limited is based out of Vidyanagara. We have our office at Kavya Nilaya, which is on the 1st Main and 1st Cross. We are right near the APMC market, so it is a very active part of the neighborhood. There are always trucks moving and people trading things nearby. It can get quite loud with all the activity, but we like the energy of the place. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all our development projects. We do a lot of work related to land and building sites. It involves a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and making sure all the papers are in order. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors, but we aren't big on decoration. We think the work should speak for itself. Most of our days are spent checking on different sites or meeting with people who want to start a project. We have lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know most of the people around here. It is a basic operation and we prefer it that way. We don't use any complicated systems, just good old-fashioned hard work and keeping our word. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult for construction, but we just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can. It's a living, and we are glad to be doing it.
