Our place, Chalukya Samrat Restaurant Llp, is situated at G-001 in the South End Sampurna building. The address is Number 11/94 on Model House Street, right in the heart of Bangalore. This area has a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in with the local atmosphere. We aren't one of those new, trendy places that changes its look every six months. We are more about the food and the people who come in to eat. The space is simple and we try to keep it clean and welcoming for everyone. Working on Model House Street means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is something we really value. It’s a busy street but it has a friendly feel to it. Our team is small and we’ve mostly been together for a while now. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy social media managers. We just open the doors, get the kitchen going, and wait for the regulars to show up. Sometimes the lunch rush is a bit overwhelming, but we do our best to keep up. It’s a straightforward restaurant business. We aren't trying to reinvent the wheel, just trying to serve good meals to our neighbors in the 560004 area code. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but it’s worth it. We hope people feel comfortable when they walk through our doors.
