Chai Days Cafe India Private Limited is located in Gb Palya, over in the New Madivala area. We are in the Hosapalya Layout in Hongasandra. Our address has a lot of numbers like 378 and 108/143/1/108. It sounds complicated but it’s just a regular spot in a busy part of town. We spend our time making tea and snacks. It’s not a big corporate cafe with fancy furniture. We just have the basics. A couple of tables and the stove. The area is always crowded with people going to work or coming home. We see a lot of the same people every morning. Chai Days Cafe India is just a small business. We aren't part of some massive chain. We just brew the chai and serve it hot. The kitchen is small and it gets pretty cramped when there are three of us in there. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the tea tastes right. Sometimes we run out of milk or the gas cylinder needs changing. It’s just the usual stuff you deal with. Bangalore is a fast city, but people always have time for a cup of tea. We like being the place where they stop for a minute. It’s a simple life and we just keep doing it every day.
