The office is a good spot for us to handle the research and construction side of things. We spend a lot of time looking into how buildings are put together and trying to figure out the best way to handle different projects. It’s not just about building walls; there’s a lot of thinking that goes into it. The office can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their work, but then it gets loud again when the site supervisors come in to report. We have been working from this location for a while now. The building is easy to find, which is nice for the delivery drivers. We don't really have any promotional stuff or big ads. We just do our thing and let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the city. It’s a very practical environment where we focus on the technical details. Most evenings, we’re the last ones to leave the building because there is always one more thing to finish up before we head home. It is a lot of effort.
