We’re Carz Structures Private Limited, located over in Malleshwaram. Our office is at No 12 on the first floor, right on 13th Cross and 8th Main. Malleshwaram has that old Bangalore feel which we really like. It's much quieter than the newer parts of the city. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The first floor is a good spot because we don't have to wait for the elevator if it's busy. Our team is small, just a few people who know what they're doing. We mostly spend our time on structural stuff. It’s not very glamorous work, to be honest. There’s a lot of calculating and checking things twice. The office gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep things moving. We usually have our lunch together or go out to one of the local spots nearby. There are plenty of good places to eat around here. It’s a 560003 pin code area, which is pretty central for us. We don’t put on any airs. We just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s just us staring at blueprints for hours. It’s a steady pace. We appreciate the neighbors and the local shops that make this area feel like home. If you are walking down 13th Cross, you’ll see our small sign on the gate. It’s nothing fancy, just a place for us to work.
