We've been over here at BTM 2nd Stage for a while now. The place is tucked away on 1st Cross in N.S. Palya, right across from that PMKalyana Mantapa. Most people just know us as Cardamom. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, and we are just trying to keep things running day to day. We registered as Cardamom Restaurants India Privatelimited because that’s what the paperwork needed for the government. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just our base of operations at No. 6. My cousin used to say finding the G 1st Cross was the hardest part, but once you're here, it feels right. We handle a lot of things from this small space. Sometimes the traffic outside the mantapa gets a bit much, especially during the wedding season, but we manage somehow. There isn't much to say about us besides we work hard and we like being part of the BTM neighborhood. It’s been our home for quite a bit. The address is long on paper, but if you're local, you know where we are. We don't do big ads or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth mostly. It’s a plain setup, really. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get the orders right. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a food business in this part of town. We’re just regular folks working here and doing our bit.
