This is a bit more of a quiet, residential-feeling area compared to some of the bigger business districts in Bangalore, and we really like that. It makes the workday feel a little less stressful for all of us. We are an OPC, which means it started as a one-person company, but we have a small group of us working here now. We handle a lot of advisory tasks, which mostly means we spend our time reading through documents and helping people make decisions about their projects. Our office is pretty modest. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a printer that occasionally decides not to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just being in the neighborhood. We try to be as direct as possible with the people we talk to. We don't see any reason to use fancy jargon or corporate speak. We just tell you what we think and what the papers say. It is a very practical, hands-on way of doing things. The Noble Residency Layout is a nice place to spend our days, and we have become familiar with the local shops and the people around here. We just focus on doing our job well and keeping things moving forward every single day.
