Our office is located at Number 2230/4 in the 9th Block of Sir M V Layout. It’s a bit of a newer area compared to some other parts of the city, but it’s filling up fast. Campus Infrastructure Development Private Limited is what we do. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The space is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to get things built properly. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We aren't the type to have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to take your coat. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We prefer it that way. It’s more honest. The neighborhood is still developing, so there’s always some construction noise nearby, which we don't mind since it's the kind of work we do anyway. We try to be helpful when people come to us with questions. We aren't salesmen; we’re just people who know about infrastructure. Some days we have a lot of visitors and other days it’s just us and the radio. We like the balance. It feels like a real local business. We’ve worked hard to set things up here and we plan to keep going as long as there is work to be done. The front door sticks a bit when it's humid, so you have to give it a good push to get inside. It's just a small quirk of the place we call home.
