Kammanahalli is a really lively part of Bangalore, and Nehru Road is always buzzing with people and bikes. Being in an arcade means we have other shops around us, so there is always some noise or someone walking past our door. Our space is functional. We have the equipment we need for skills development and not much else. It’s not a luxury office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are just regular office chairs we’ve had for a couple of years. We focus on teaching people new things and helping them get better at what they do. It’s busy work and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through everything. It’s just this one office in Subramnaya Arcade. We keep things simple and direct. Most of our day is spent working with individuals who want to improve themselves. It’s honest, good work and we are happy to be doing it here in Karnataka. No big speeches or fancy mottos, just us working in our little corner of Bangalore.
