Cakeve Delicacy Private Limited is in Hongasandra. Our address is on the Garvebhavipalya Main Road, at number 76. It’s part of the Munisubbareddy Layout. The K.No. is 22/3. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if you don't know the layout. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. We make all sorts of cakes and delicacies here. The building we are in is quite old. We’ve got our ovens and our mixing tables set up on the main floor. It’s not a fancy bakery with a glass display. We mostly do orders for other people. The smell of sugar is everywhere. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, especially near the main road junction. We just keep the doors open for some air. It gets very hot when all the ovens are running at the same time. We have flour on our clothes most of the day. Cakeve Delicacy is just a few of us working together. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just look at the orders for the day and start baking. It’s a lot of standing on your feet. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big deadline. It’s just a normal part of the job for us here in Bangalore.
