If you know Frazer Town, you know how busy Mosque Road can get, especially in the evenings. That’s where we are, at No.20/1. It’s a lively spot with a lot of noise and a lot of history. We spend our days preparing food in our kitchen, which is usually quite a hectic place. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local operation with a few people who have been working together for a long time. The smell of the street food outside usually drifts into our place, which we don't mind at all. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders are correct. Most of the people who come to us are locals who live around the mosque or people who travel from other parts of Bangalore just to eat in Frazer Town. It can get a bit overwhelming when it's really crowded, but we just take it one order at a time. The building we’re in is nothing special, but it serves our purpose. We like the energy of 560005 and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, making sure people get something good to eat. We're usually there from the morning until the lights go out late at night.
