We are over at the Wama Ibbanee Apartment, specifically in Flat 009 on Plot 26. It’s right on Hosa Road. Dealing with the traffic around Kasavanahalli and Sarjapur can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, as anyone in Bangalore knows. But once you get inside Caerus Skillmatic India Private Limited, it’s a lot calmer. We’ve been based in Kaikondahalli for a while now. The flat works well for us as an office space. It’s not a huge corporate tower, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a business like this. The 560035 area has changed a lot since we first arrived. More buildings, more people, more everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on Skillmatic. It’s a local operation, and we try to keep things simple. No need for fancy speeches or complicated mission statements. We just handle the training and skills side of things. Sometimes the apartment complex gets busy, but Flat 009 stays pretty focused. If you're driving down Hosa Road, you've probably passed us plenty of times without even realizing it. We're just another part of the neighborhood, doing our bit every day. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. Just a group of people in an apartment office making things happen.
