Our office is located at the IBC Knowledge Park on Bannerghatta Main Road. Specifically, we are on the 2nd Floor of Tower D, at 4/1. It’s a large business park, so it’s quite different from a small street-side shop. There are lots of other companies around, and the whole place has a very busy feel to it. Byju'S K3 Education Private Limited is just one of the many offices in this big complex. Bannerghatta Road is famous for its traffic, so most of us spend a good chunk of time commuting every day. Once we are inside Tower D, things are a bit more structured. We have our own space where we work on educational content for younger kids. It’s a lot of meetings and computer work. Even though it's a big building, our immediate team tries to keep things friendly and relaxed. We aren't about big speeches or corporate slogans. We just focus on the lessons we are building. There’s a cafeteria in the park where we usually hang out during breaks. The 560029 area is a major hub in Bangalore, so there’s always something happening nearby. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep a human touch in everything we do. We are just a bunch of people who are interested in how kids learn. It’s a lot of hard work, but we find it interesting enough to keep coming back every day.
