Our office is inside the CMOS Communications building on the second cross. It's right in the heart of the software industry area in Bangalore, so it's always busy with people and cars around here. Buildxcel Infratech Private Limited has been working out of this spot at No.28/A for a while now. It’s not your typical construction office since we are surrounded by tech companies, but we like the energy of the place. We handle a lot of the infrastructure side of things, like making sure the foundation and the basics are solid. It’s mostly about making sure things are built to stay. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us. Some days we are dealing with blueprints, other days we are arguing with vendors about sand prices or delivery times. The traffic around the IInd Cross can be a nightmare in the late afternoons, but that’s Bangalore for you. We’ve got a few people in the office handling the paperwork and a lot more people out in the field. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the site. We try to keep things simple. No big promises, just showing up and doing the job as it is supposed to be done. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of files and some half-finished coffee. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do work that we don't have to fix later.
