B-Town Pizza Private Limited

B-Town Pizza is tucked away in Madhuranagar, which is part of the Varthur area near Sorahunase Village. We are at Site Number 110/5. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't local, but the people in the village know us well. We spent a long time getting the ovens right. They aren't those super expensive ones you see in the malls, but they do the job just fine. Most days start with us checking the flour and the water levels. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. We aren't a big chain with a mascot or anything. We just make pizzas. The cheese comes in every other day and we have to make sure it stays cold. Sometimes the delivery boys get lost because the lanes around here don't always show up right on the maps. We usually have to walk out to the corner to wave them in. It gets busy on Friday nights when everyone is home from work. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of benches where people can sit while we box up their orders. The lights outside flick on around six and that's when we know the rush is coming. It’s a good spot once you find us. The neighbors often stop by to chat while we work.
