Brownies Basket Llp

Our small bakery is located on the first floor of a building on Bannerghatta Road, right across from the Ananda Valmark apartments. It is a busy spot because the AECS Maruthi College of Nursing is right there too. We see a lot of students walking by every day. The kitchen is almost always warm because the ovens are going from morning until evening. We make brownies mostly, and the smell usually fills up the whole floor and even drifts down to the street. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs at 98/2, but it is worth it once you get inside. The walls are a bit plain, and we have boxes stacked up near the door most of the time. We aren't a big factory; it is just a few of us measuring out cocoa and cracking eggs. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and someone has to run down to the local shop in Kamanahalli quickly. The counter is usually a mess of parchment paper and cooling racks. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small one that lets people know where we are. It is hard work being on your feet all day, but we enjoy the routine of it. We just focus on getting the brownies out while they are still fresh and making sure the orders are ready for the morning.
