You can find us at the Dheeraj Lake Front apartments, specifically in Flat 101. It is a bit of a weird spot for a coffee business since it is a residential building, but it works for us. We are right on Dasarahalli Main Road in the KR Puram Hobli area, near Survey Number 5657. The traffic outside is almost always moving, and you can hear the horns from the balcony. Inside, it is a different story with the smell of coffee beans everywhere. We use the space to manage everything, from the roasting schedules to the paperwork. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a place with some desks, a lot of bags, and a few grinders that make a lot of noise. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the loud work to the middle of the day. Sometimes we take a walk down toward the lake when things get too hectic. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting of the green beans to the final packaging. It is a small operation and we like keeping it that way so we can see every bag that goes out. The kitchen area is usually full of half-washed mugs and samples we are testing. It is just a regular group of people who really like coffee and live in the middle of a busy part of Bengaluru.
