We are based out of Metropolis Gurukrupa Apartment, right on the ground floor at unit 108. It's a busy spot in Bangalore. Most days start with the usual traffic crawl, but once we're in the office, things settle down. We handle HR stuff. It’s mostly paperwork, talking to folks, and staring at screens. The apartment complex is pretty easy to find once you know where you’re going. We’ve been here for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Some mornings the coffee machine acts up, which isn't great. We just get on with the work. It’s not fancy here, just a regular office space with desks and chairs. People come by for interviews or to drop off documents. We try to stay on top of the emails. It gets quite loud outside during peak hours because of the road. Bangalore weather is usually okay, though it gets dusty. We like being on the ground floor because it saves us from waiting for the lift, which is often full anyway. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local places nearby, there's a small shop that does good idlis. It’s just a normal job for us. We do our bits and pieces of HR work and then head home. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just a group of people working together in a flat converted into an office. We have some old files and a couple of desks that have seen better days. That's pretty much us.
