Bridgetec Training And Development Private Limited is on the 2nd Floor of building No. 46. This is in the 2nd Stage of the Sathyanarayana HBCS Layout in Bengaluru. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you are in the layout, it is easier to find. We have been in this Bangalore-560086 area for some time. The office is up a flight of stairs, and it is a pretty standard layout space. We mostly do training and development work here. That means some days it’s very quiet while we plan, and other days there are more people around for sessions. We don't have a lot of corporate branding on the walls. It is mostly just whiteboards and chairs. The layout is mostly residential, so it stays relatively peaceful compared to the main traffic zones. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It’s a very practical work environment. No one wears suits here unless they really have to. We are just regular people trying to help others learn new skills. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at papers. It’s not a grand building, but it works for what we do every day. We just focus on the sessions and keep moving.
