We started Br Sharavathi Constructions (Opc) Private Limited because we saw a lot of folks in Jalahalli West struggling to find builders who actually show up on time. Our small office is tucked away at No. 17 on S.M. Road, right in the heart of the neighborhood. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most days you will find us out on the sites rather than sitting behind a computer. We handle the usual stuff like residential builds and some renovations when people need more space for their growing families. The traffic on S.M. Road can be a real headache in the mornings, but being right here makes it easier to get to our projects around this side of town. We are just a small team trying to make a living by doing solid work. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some massive corporation. If we say we are going to finish a wall or fix a roof by Tuesday, we do our level best to make it happen, though sometimes the rain or material deliveries slow us down. That is just how the construction business goes in this part of Bangalore. We know most of the shopkeepers around Jalahalli and like being part of the local scene here.
