It’s a Bangalore address, but it feels more like a local neighborhood office. We spend the day updating the digital records and also keeping physical copies of everything, just to be safe. It isn't a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a functional workspace with computers and files everywhere. People from around Yelahanka come by to drop off their payments or to ask when the next cycle starts. We stay pretty busy with the administrative side of things. There’s always another group starting or an auction that needs to be organized. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly but professional enough to get the work done. The area around Kogilu Road has grown a lot, and we’ve seen the changes from our window over the years. We just keep doing our part, managing the funds and making sure every member knows where they stand. It’s a steady pace of work that involves a lot of patience and plenty of paper. That is what a normal day looks like for us here.
