BONITASNESTS VENTURES LLP

Our office for BONITASNESTS VENTURES LLP is on the 4th floor of the Geethanjali Complex. We are right on 15th Cross in JP Nagar 2nd Phase. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Bengaluru. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the computers and the stacks of documents. We deal with various ventures, mostly related to property and housing stuff. JP Nagar is a great area because it still has some trees and a bit of a calm vibe compared to other parts of Bangalore. Our team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next day I’m out looking at a site. We don't really have a hierarchy here, we just work together to get things sorted. The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up on the main road below. We usually have the fan on high and some tea on the desk. It’s a simple setup. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do our work and go home. People stop by to chat about potential projects, and we just give them the straight facts. It’s better to be honest about what can be done and what can't.
