Bongo Delicacy Private Limited

Bongo Delicacy is run out of unit B-1002 in the Mantri Lithos Apartments. We are located in Rachenahalli, which is up in North Bangalore. Because we are in a residential complex, our day-to-day looks a bit different than a shop on the street. We are a Private Limited company that specializes in delicacies. Most of our work involves managing orders and getting things ready for delivery. The apartment gets pretty crowded with all the packaging materials and stock we have to keep on hand. We have to be very quiet so we don't bother the people living next door. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and that can be a real headache when we are trying to get a delivery out the door. We see the city growing from the balcony, with new buildings going up all over Rachenahalli. We don't have a big staff. It is just a small group of us doing everything from the cooking to the accounting. We don't have a fancy office with a view. It’s just a regular living space that we’ve turned into a workplace. Sometimes things get messy and we have to spend the whole evening cleaning up. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big strategies. We just take the orders as they come and try to get them right. It’s a lot of hours spent on our feet, but we’re making it work in our own way.
