Bizedge Disha Private Limited

Our company, Bizedge Disha Private Limited, is located at No.16/1 on Church Road. We are right across from St. Michael Church in Shanthinagar. It’s a nice landmark to have because most people know exactly where that is. Shanthinagar is an older part of Bangalore, and it has a bit of a different feel compared to the newer tech hubs. Our building isn't a modern skyscraper, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We have a few rooms where the staff sits and works through various projects. We don't use any of those trendy business catchphrases. We just talk like normal people do. There’s a lot of paper and computers around, as you might expect. On Sundays, it’s quiet because of the church across the way, but during the week, it’s quite active. We have a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a bit. It makes the work day go by faster when you’re around people you actually get along with. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We keep things very informal and practical. If something needs fixing, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s just a basic office where we try to stay on top of things and keep our heads clear. We find that working this way keeps the stress levels down for everyone.
