Bissi Bissi Oota Private Limited

We operate out of Shop No. 02 in the Venkatappa Reddy Building over in Bileshivale. It is located near Dr. Shivaramakaranth Nagar. The name Bissi Bissi Oota basically tells you exactly what we do—we make hot meals. It is a busy kitchen environment every single day. We start very early in the morning, getting the stoves going and chopping up fresh vegetables. It gets pretty loud in there with the constant clatter of pots and pans and people talking. We do not have a fancy dining room with nice tablecloths. It is more of a functional space where we prepare food for people who need a good, simple meal. The building is a regular local spot, and we have come to know most of the people who come by. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market was short on things that morning. That is just a part of our daily routine that we have to deal with. We do not use a lot of fancy or expensive ingredients, just the same stuff you would use in your own home kitchen. It is a small operation, and we all wear different hats throughout the day. One minute someone is cooking, and the next they are cleaning up or taking a delivery out. It keeps us on our toes. The area around here is developing fast, but it still feels like a neighborhood. We focus on getting the food out while it is still warm. That is the main thing.
