Our office is on the 4th floor of Sree Akshaya Nilaya Apartments. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to it, but the view of Yadava Farms from up here in J P Nagar is actually quite nice on clear days. We have been operating out of Chunchaghatta Main Road for some time. It is a One Person Company, so things are pretty straightforward around here without a lot of meetings. I handle most of the consulting work myself. It is mainly about helping students figure out where they want to go for their higher studies. I spend a lot of time on the computer looking up different courses and entry requirements. The 7th Phase is a busy area, but the apartment building stays fairly quiet during the day. I have a lot of files stacked up on my desk, mostly brochures from different schools and notes I have taken. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy or modern. I do not have a big marketing team or anyone else, it is just me and occasionally some help when things get really backed up during application season. People usually find me through word of mouth or a simple search. I like being in this part of Bangalore because everything is close by. If I am not at my desk, I am probably out meeting someone or grabbing a quick lunch at one of the local spots nearby. I just try to give honest advice to anyone who walks in the door and needs a bit of guidance.
