Binduhonnamma Developers is based out of No 417 in Hosahalli Village. We are located near Ganigarapalya, which is just off the Kanakapura Main Road after you pass the Thalaghattapura Post. It is quite a bit of a drive from the main parts of Bangalore, but it is much greener out here. Our office is right in the village area, which gives us a different perspective on development. We deal with land and building projects in this part of the city. The office is a very simple building where we keep our documents. It is not a place for fancy meetings. We usually sit on plastic chairs and talk about the land over some tea. The road can get quite dusty, and you see a lot of tractors and trucks moving around. We like the fact that it is a bit more rural. It feels more authentic to the kind of work we do. We spend a lot of our time walking the sites and talking to the local people. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to develop things the right way. Kanakapura Road is getting busier every year, but our little corner in Hosahalli still feels like a village. We do not have a website or a big social media presence. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we said we would do.
