Big Boomerang Bowl Llp

You can find us over in Munnekolalu, specifically at 310-A in Kethana Orchids. We are located within the Silver Spring Layout, which is a bit of a quieter pocket in the 560037 area of Bengaluru. Big Boomerang Bowl is mostly about putting together food bowls that people can grab and eat. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a massive dining hall or anything. Most of the space we have is dedicated to the kitchen where we prep the ingredients. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and getting the sauces right. The layout is mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. It’s a nice change from the really busy commercial streets. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the kitchen when we have a lot of orders coming in at the same time, but we manage. We’ve tried to keep things simple here. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. The focus is just on the food we make and getting it out the door. It’s a lot of work, and usually, we’re cleaning up or prepping for the next day well into the evening. We like being in this part of town because it feels a bit more like a community. It’s just a handful of us working here, trying to make sure every bowl that goes out is decent.
