Bhuvisha Infratech And Trading (Opc) Private Limited operates out of Arya Arcade. We are specifically in Flat No. 303 on the 3rd Floor of building No. 705. The building is located on 3rd Cross in Block 1 of the HRBR Layout, over in Kalyan Nagar. Bangalore 560043 is the area. Being on the third floor means we have to deal with the stairs if the power goes out, but usually, it’s a good, quiet spot. The HRBR Layout is a pretty popular area with lots of shops and other businesses nearby. Our office is a mix of trading activities and infratech planning. It’s a bit crowded in here because we have a lot of samples and folders taking up space. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s a working office with cables running across the floor and piles of paper on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about trade orders. Kalyan Nagar has changed a lot lately, but our little corner in Arya Arcade stays pretty much the same. We have a small team, so it’s a bit of a tight-knit environment. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just handle the business ourselves from this flat. It’s practical and it’s in a location that makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to. Our days are mostly busy with logistics and keeping track of the trading side.
