We are Bhr Developers Private Limited, located right here in Bangalore. Our office is at No.1708 in the Shivaramaiah Layout, which is part of the Hbr Layout area near Kalyan Nagar Post. If you know the neighborhood, we are directly opposite the BMTC bus depot 10. It is a busy spot with lots of buses coming and going throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the depot since it’s such a big landmark in the 560043 zip code area. We handle various development projects around this part of the city. Usually, there are a few of us in the office handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular workplace where we get things done. The area has changed a lot lately with more buildings coming up, but we are still in the same spot. We spend most of our mornings dealing with site visits and then head back to Shivaramaiah Layout to finish up the day's tasks. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we like being in the middle of everything. If you are walking past the bus stand, you will likely see our sign. We keep things pretty straightforward here and just focus on the building work we have scheduled for the week.
