We are in Raman Napeta, right next to the City Towers Apartments. It's a busy spot but easy to find once you get into the first line. We handle development work here at Bhoomija Developers Llp. We’ve been at this address, D.No.4-1-25 at Bhaskara Bhawanam, for a while now. Most days you’ll find us just sorting through paperwork or talking to people about their land. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls. Just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to it. We just focus on the projects we have going on around town. People stop by to ask about plots or how the building is coming along. It’s mostly local folks we deal with. We try to keep things straightforward. No one has time for complicated talk here. We just look at the site plans and figure out what needs to happen next. If you are walking past the City Towers, you can't miss us. We are right there. It is a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We don’t have a big reception area, so just come in and say hello. We usually have tea going in the afternoon if you catch us at the right time. That’s pretty much how we run things everyday. We like the neighborhood even with all the noise. It is good to be where things are happening.
