Bhavani Creations Llp is located in Flat No Sta 411, A Block of the Surataru Apartments on Kanakapura Road. It’s a residential area, so our office is basically a home that we’ve turned into a workspace. You’ll find us surrounded by apartment blocks and a bit of greenery that’s still left on this side of town. Since we are in an apartment, it’s a very informal environment. We might be working on designs while someone’s lunch is heating up in the kitchen nearby. It’s a small operation. We focus on creations—whatever that might be on a given day—and we don't have a big staff. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around with our laptops. The commute on Kanakapura Road can be a bit of a pain with the metro construction and the traffic, but once we are inside the gates of Surataru, it’s pretty peaceful. We don't have a mission statement or a set of core values printed on the wall. We just try to finish our projects on time and keep the people who hire us happy. It’s a very human way to work. We take long breaks when we need to and sometimes work late if the mood hits us. It’s not a corporate setup, just a local business trying to do decent work from a fourth-floor flat in Bangalore. We like the independence this small space gives us.
