We operate out of apartment 19 in the Golden Rays building. It is located on Deverachikennahalli Main Road, which is quite close to the Choudeshwari Temple. Being near the temple means we always have a good landmark for people trying to find us. It is a residential-style setup for our realty business, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a downtown office block. We spend our days here dealing with various realty matters. The road outside can get pretty noisy with the temple crowds and the local traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are not a big corporate chain. It is just us in this apartment space, keeping track of properties and helping out where we can. We have our computers and some chairs for when people stop by. The kitchen in the apartment is mostly just for making tea and lunch. It is a simple way to run things. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels more like a real neighborhood than a business district. Most of the time, we are just heads down, working through the lists and making sure everything is in order. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy sign, just a small plaque and a door that is usually open during business hours. It is a modest operation, and that suits us just fine. The building has some nice light in the afternoons which we appreciate.
