You can find us at Bharathi Nivas, which is right on the 1st D Main in Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage. We are located on the first floor at number 147. It is a busy spot in Bangalore 560072. We have been working as Bharathi Buildcon Engineerings for some time now. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, rolls of paper, and site reports. We do the engineering side of building work, which means a lot of checking measurements and making sure the structures are actually solid. It is not just about the bricks and mortar for us. We spend hours looking over plans and dealing with all the city regulations that seem to change all the time. Sometimes the weather slows us down on the sites, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We have a few steady hands on the team who have been with us since the very start. We know the 10th B block pretty well after all these years. Usually, we are out at the sites during the day and back in the office by late afternoon to wrap up the admin stuff. It is a lot of coordination between different people. We talk to vendors, manage the crew, and keep a close eye on the materials coming in. There is no fluff here, just the actual work of building stuff. People in the layout know where we are if they need something engineered. We just keep our heads down and work.
